leak from pulled in slide

We noticed this strange place to find a leak. Its the dark spot on the carpet by the wall outlet. The slide was in when this happened. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

If it is water and wet, then either you have a leak from the seals on the slide or a leak from the shower (p-trap, faucets or bad caulking somewhere). Close the slide and see if you see any light coming through the seals. Also check your shower plumbing and p-trap under shower base.

If the seal design hasn't changed much since my '02 325 was built, you may have a "roll-over" of part of the vertical seal on the wall. The seals are fairly soft and flexible, so any minor piece of debris can cause the free edge to fold in on itself. We had an issue with the top seal on the dinette slide (the one on the outer body immediately above the top edge of where the slide travels in and out).

Also, I've found that Georgetown's adhesive application techniques were poor in '02. I've had to reattach several sections of slide seals in different places. Fortunately, most were low down and used more for draft and critter seals than for rainwater.
