Lippert Slide Issue Rockwood 2703SS

We have a 2012 Rockwood 2703SS. The slide unit that contains the sofa, fridge and range has not worked since we got out trailer home on the day of purchase. The dealer we purchased from will not return our phone calls. Forest River has helped us and the trailer has been in the shop since March 19th. As of today, still no motor controller.

Are others having problems or are we just really lucky?

We Purchased from Best RV Turlock California,

Run do not walk from this dealer. Our TT is currently at Nelson's RV in Vacaville Ca. they are a independent Repair shop we where refered to by FF, they have been great.
