Living/Dining Slide not sitting flush

Forgive me, I'm definitely green when it comes to Slide Out Traveler Trailers.
I have a 2015 Heritage Glen 302FK. My question/concern is: When I extend the Large Living/dining slide, it does not seem to seal and flush with the interior wall. Is this normal or does it need to be adjusted? On a side note: along the top on either side of the slide it is closer to the wall than the bottom. I do plan on calling the dealer service department today and ask the same questions.

Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.....

Thanks

Is this something I can do or does the dealer/service department need to do this?

I have the opposite problem. Both LR slides are kicked out about 1 1/2 inches on the bottom. Dealer says its ok, but looks funny.

Most slide out adjustments dont require a sawsall.
And there would have to be a awful lot of explaining

The top of the slide is flush with the side of the trailer. The bottom sticks out away from the trailer.

Somehow, I don't think slides that are out of adjustment over an 1 1/2 inches from top to bottom are ok. Are the exterior seals against the outside wall from top to bottom, and are the inside seals properly sealing when extended. Would love to see some pics
