Living room slide-out stuck

I have an 09 Cardinal 3804 with 4 slides. The dining room slide now only will move out on the side of the hydraulic piston and the most forward rail did move out about 24 inches and now won't extend or come back in. All other slides work fine. Any suggestions on how to free the slide rail?

Is there a separate electric motor which runs the forward most slide or does the 1 hydraulic piston move the entire slide?

Any help appreciated.

On our silverback there is only one hydraulic piston per slide, however the two tracks per slide are mechanically interconnected. In other words the force from the piston on the one side is also applied on the track on the opposite side. Check to see if there is any mechanical damage between the two tracks!

Thanks for the info; I used a comealong to bring the slide in as much as I could and will take to a local RV facility.
