Loud "bang" on Windjammer main slide

Hello all. I have a 2013 Windjammer 3006wk. The last few times while bringing my main slide in, it starts off with a loud bang. Everything looks normal as far as movement and after the one bang, there are no abnormal sounds. At least I don't think there is. The main slide has always been noisier than the bedroom slide. I just convinced myself that because it's so much larger, that the motors needed to work harder.

Has anyone else experienced this? Or any recommendations?

Loud Bang on Slide when retracting

Hey, I have the same issue with my large slide when I retract my slide. Did not do this until I adjusted the slide because it was cutting into the carpet. Dealer found the slide was sagging on one end due to lack of support. He put a support under the front end which stopped the drag on the carpet, but now I have the bang when I first start the retract. Dealer advised slide has to be level or end of floor will catch on seat when retracted. I did not have the coach level so that may be the issue. I am camping at a level site and am hoping for the best when we leave. If not Dealer advised I may need to bring it back for him to adjust side to side. Manual advises to pry easy on side to adjust! Hoping for the best since dealer is over 100 miles 2 hrs away!!! Let me know if you find out anything on your end, would be interested in knowing since my unit is 5 years old and had no problem until the adjustment!

On my 29 RE the tubing had flexed up and the gear would jump. But if not getting out of alignment I am not sure. Go to the cedar creek and search and u will find my solution.

Spent $300. No fix. Asked on forum. Cost about $0.03. Literally a washer.

When we had our 5th wheel we too had the loud bang, not sure if this is the same in yours but it is easy to check ours was caused by the seal going over the window. It use to scare me until we figured it out.
