Actually, depending on the manufacturer, they recommend NOT lubing them! Too easy to attract dirt and grime.

My warranty required inspection and lubrication of seals every 90 days or could void warranty if there is a failure. 2018 Cherokee Patriot Limited Edition.

Saying Forest River May be too broad. Different divisions might have different recommendations.

Thanks for clarifying. We try to help members distinguish among divisions since many of them have unique manners of acting.

Once a Year, in the beginning of the season I apply:
1 - Slide and windows seals: 303 rubber protectant (https://www.amazon.com/303-30313-CSR...SIN=B00KN0UOEE)
2 - Slide track system, slides at bottom slides and stab. jacks: Blaster Dry Lube (https://www.lowes.com/pd/Blaster-Har...ricant/1066849)

Dry lube is really good in providing lubrication but avoiding creating a "sanding paste" when dust gets to the parts after application, which can happen with wet lubricants.
