main hydrolic slide 2014 sirerra 365saqb

Just looking for opinions and experience with same problem we have had with our main slide. It periodicaly gets stuck 1/2 way in or so while retracting. Rides up approx. 8" on inside. If you step on the slide on the inside it will drop down on the inside and you can put it out some and then will come in fine. showed the dealer and they said it is just the new top slide seal sticking causing the slide to "ride up". Im calling FR now to see what they say. The dealer has my unit now for multiple minor fixes and said will lube slide good and will "probebly not get stuck anymore" what do u think about this? has anyone heard of this happening? It freaked us out the 1st time it did it, it did it our first time out and I was able to just put it out again and it dropped on its own and then was able to retract it normally. thanks.

That sounds reasonable. Could also be an alignment issue. I know ours raises at the bottom first, then drops forward as it comes in, then raises back up as the slide seats against the outside seal at the "full in" position. Does the reverse on the way out.
