When we got our new 2016 312 BHDS (three slides) the two left slides were slightly out of alignment from the factory. The dealer adjusted them and fixed half a dozen other "new" trailer bugs. I guess the factory just slaps them together.
Anyways, the dealer had a specially trained guy that works on the slides and knows exactly how to do it. Another tech guy told me it is an acquired skill and while he can and has done it he prefers the other guy to align them. I have no idea what is involved myself. He told me that knowing I built a homebuilt airplane and am fairly skilled. I think I will leave it to them.

I took another look and see that the slide is sagging a bit on the end past the slide rail. In the middle of the slide there is a support roller. I would like to add another one at the end. Called forestriver and they told me all the components are from LCI and gave me a contact person. LCI told me its a j-2 roller but it doesn't include the bottom bracket to mount to the floor. Any ideas where I can find such a thing.
