Main slide skylight is leaking

Gents, after a 1400km trip from Canada to Tallahassee fl, it would appear my skylight window on my vengeance th is leaking like a bitch. Now that it's dry I pushed up slightly on the window and I can put my finger directly outside for about 90% of the circumference. I bought some dycor today, but I'd like some advice on how to proceed. In my mind, I'd like to lift off the window, put a bead of dycor where the previous seal was, and reseat the window, then build up the edge from the window to the slide roof with dycor. Let me know what you think

I do not have a ladder onsite, so I can't give you topside pics... I'm hoping to hit up the rv park to see if I can borrow one. If not I'll have to bring the slide in and reach it from inside...

If you can just "Push it Up" there is Outside issues! You could use "Eternabond" tape to seal it BUT if you wanted to go back to "Original" there is going to be a LOT of work to remove the "Eternabond"! Did the prior owner put in the "Skylight"? When was the last time you were up on top and looked at the "Seal around the Skylight"? Youroo!!

The RV's that have a skylight on one of the slides (atrium etc.) that I have seen are self contained units and the domes flange typically inserts into a rubber gasket which is part of the assembly. The skylight isn't just put over the top like a typical skylight opening but anything is possible I guess.

Well I went for it... Removed the glass (there was only about 4" left adhered). Cleaned the glass, gasket and roof with alcohol.
Applied a bead of dycor on the gasket, and laid the window back down, which smoothed the dycor on the glass for a larger seal. Then I laid a bead down around the outside of the glass edge to the roof... I'll probably run another bead once this one dries.
