Missing Rollers

I was having trouble with the slide out working for our 2017 Wildwood. Took to dealer for warranty work- found out the manufacturer didn’t put rollers under our slide out.

Do we have any recourse? We have had to camp with the slide out in for 2 months waiting on warranty work to be approved for what was thought to be a motor. Now we have to wait for warranty and manufacturer to fight it out since entire slide out needs to come out. Rails are bent and no rollers. It is likely we will be without our camper for a few more months.

Basically I’m paying for a camper we can’t use.

Is there no quality control?

What brand is the slide out.
If it's a Schwintek, they don't use rollers.

It's not uncommon for slide-outs not to have any rollers. We have 3 slide outs and no rollers.
My slides drag across a wear-bar.

What kind of problems are you having with your slide-out?

Not sure of the brand. It’s a Forest River Wildwood. 30’. We were told by Camper World that our rollers were missing and the rails were now bent due to this. The motors went out and they can’t manually remove the slide. This is why they have to contact the manufacturer to see who’s going to pay for it- them or the warranty company.
