My slide story

Last Friday upon setting up at our destination, the DW was opening all of the slides(3) when I heard a loud scream. Running inside I find the wife opened then larger bedroom slide. Apparently the slide(hydraulic I presume) when opening tilts downward and drags the bottom across the carpeted floor. This caused the paneling and trim peal from the bottom up as the slide opened up. Interestingly when closing the slide moves straight and even - when opening - not so much.

Needless to say, that was enough for use cut our trip short, drive 400 miles and deliver our rig back to the dealer. We had 7 other issues written up while the slide was the last straw in the long list of repairs...which included the rear 13.5 Dometic A/C(Compressor sounds like a dryers buzzer) and Main Radio(no power=no cameras either)...

It's on a 3 week wait to get some attention but we left none the less. We have only owned since March of this year.
