Need to Manually Engage Slide to Bring it In
I have a 2012 Puma 28BHS with a single slide for the couch. When extending the slide outwards it moves easily from completely in position to completely out. The issue is that when I need to bring the slide back in, pushing the slide button does not engage the motor; there is not even as much as a clicking noise. I have to manually crank the slide in about 6-8 inches before the motor will engage with the slide switch. The slide then comes in with no issues.
This has been happening almost since day 1 of my purchase. Any assistance would be appreciated.
