Hi Susan and welcome to the forum. I moved your post to its own thread.

Can you give us the model and make of your trailer? And, is this problem just with DC?

In general, there is probably a fuse in line from the battery that could be blown. Your jack has its own fuse as well.

Trace the hotwire from the battery. Jacks and slide out don't normally run through the fuse box. There should be a terminal block (breaker) on the hot wire coming from your battery. Look real close, some of them have a small button on them which is the reset button. Check all the connections making sure they are tight, see if it needs to be reset.

Also imo you should purchase a digital volt ohm meter if you don't have one to better find your issues.
All fuses should be checked first.
Then Start at your battery and check both sides of any fuseable link or circuit breaker.
If all is well there then head to switches make sure there's power coming into switch and then going back out to motors.
If that's ok then head to actual motors and check for power.
