One out of three work !

I have a 2007 Sandpiper 32 ft. bumper pull,I have been living in it for 4 years.I came across on a garage for rent with a house for free.I didn't need a house I have one on wheels,so I got a garage with an unattached house like me.Hint Hint ! Comes time to move it the main slide out won't slide in I can't get a service call don't have the money retired Vet.

The other 2 slides worked perfectly, the main one decides to show it's butt.I watched the video is that the same set up as on the Sandpiper ? This is my first camper except for the one I used to hump on my back. Any answer ?

can you crank it in by hand? check your owners manual for the location of the tool and cranking point.

There may be a slide fuse for each slide.
That one may be blown.
Switch may be bad.
Motor may be bad.

Do you have a volt / ohm meter?
If not you will need one .

Causes of slide failure to open/close:

1) Fuse - check within 18 - 36 inches of battery location
2) Reduction Gearbox bound up - break loose with hand crank then try again to retract with power (REMOVE CRANK FIRST!)
3) Motor contacts corroded - R/R motor
4) Slide seal stuck to wall - Use PLASTIC spatula to slide around seal to ensure not stuck/frozen with ice.
5) Rack Pinion rusted - wire brush and lubricate rack and pinion. R/R Pinion Gear Pack
6) Bad switch - R/R Switch
