one side slide seems to have shifted forward

I have a 2013 cedar creek silverback 29RE and the drivers side rear slide has seemed to have shifted forward. Has anyone had this happen or heard of this happening. There is a gap in the top of the gasket on the top rear of the slide and it seems tight to the trailer on the other side. Is it possible it came off of it's track? I know it wasn't like that when they delivered it but first noticed it when i closed the trailer last season. I am a seasonal camper so it only has been in and out about 6-8 times total.

Yes. If opening or retracting you hear an popping checking the tubing it slides in to make sure it has not risen on the top.

The fix was pulling down the the slide glide and cutting a washer to fill the void to keep it from jumping gears. Paid over $300 with no fix to have Herk 7749 to give me the $0.05 fix.

Nope no popping goes in nice and quiet Looked at a lot of other stuff online and it may have just settled on the one side or have not been adjusted right at the factory and we just didn't notice it the one adjusting screw is turned way in and the other hardly turned in at all. Almost an inch difference between the two. But it is a hydraulic slide and goes in real smooth and easy.

Does anyone else have any idea on how to adjust the slides on these units. The slide seems to have moved forward about an inch or two. It slides in nice and easy with no hanging up. but the gasket on the rear side of the slide barely touches when open.
