Problem with the large slides on the 2011 290RLT

One of the 3 slides on our unit is an issue. It doesn't appear to have an adjustment but the front end by the door drove into the kitchen floor through the flooring and into the wood. This is the same slide that we had to push in as it wouldn't work during one of our first outings. Anyone else had this type of issue or has there been a recall of any kind for this problem?

Do you know if it is lippard slide, easy to tell look under it and see if you have a track with gear teeth in it and a bell housing at one end? can you take a picture of the area to and post it. I have not heard of any recalls on slides. I'm not doubting you but I never heard of one that can not be adjusted, thats why I'm asking only.

The 5th wheel is at the RV repair and the tech said no adjustments..... This slide isn't hydraulic unfortunately. Our first coach was and there were no issues.

Isn't your unit made by Prime Time a crusader? If you read after you google it, It says that has slide adjustments. I don't know what he is talking about. It is not Hydraulic it is electrical. I'm sure there is an adjustment. Maybe someone who owns a prime time they can answer this. It has to have an adjustment. Mine is electric and has adjustments. Where did you take it? Who is the dealer you took it to?

I'm a crusader owner and I cab say mine are electric slides but they do have adjustments. Now I have two reg slides and our bedroom is the scwintek one. Don't know if that matters

I also have a Crusader.
It has electric Lippert slides which are adjustable. I've done this myself.
The bedroom slide is a Schwintek.

I would say your "tech" (using the term loosely) is borderline incompetent/lazy or a little of both.
