RE: Slide Out Moulding - No Longer Attached

I own a TT - F.R. Heritage Glen 272RL. Bump out on each side.

Closed slides at last camp ground without an issue. Both retracted.
Drove to next camp ground and pictures are what I discovered upon arrival & before extending slides. Top molding on on drivers side detached and fell to floor. The one on passengers side is what it should look like.

Just a question out of curiosity ... What does F.R. attach these moldings with?
Can they be reattached with some sort of finish nail, similar to house molding?
Figures I would be camping & not have nails, screws, hammer, or screw driver.
Project for when I arrive home this weekend. Must live with it detached.
