My 2019 30WTBSV V-Lite is doing something similar. The rear slide has the queen bed on it. I noticed it started making noise as the slide would go out. Found the bed had completely become detached from the wall and the floor. They totally missed the aluminum bar in the wall with the 3 screws in the back, several floor ones were bent and 2 were broken. There were 3 quarter sized holes in the wall from the screws. I took it all down and ran 3 self tapping screws back into the metal support (where they were supposed to be) and then with the slide extended, used self tapping treated deck screws from the bottom onto the bed's aluminum frame. Then I fixed the screw that was backing out of the slide's plastic guide that had already taken about 1/8" of the wood out in the form of a groove. Painted the screw heads and exposed wood. Thinking all was good, I got the plastic strips that run along the edge back under the trim pieces. Nope it's still not completely fixed and I'm not sure what will fix it. Following this post to see your outcome.
