Rockwood 2104s Slide out Issues

I have a couple of issues with the slideout on our 2104s.

1. It has a loud screech when it is almost fully extended. Only does this in hot weather. We have sprayed it with PTFE dry lube and it helps somewhat.

2. Just found this today when we extended the slide to spray some lube. Underneath the slide is being scraped when the slide goes in and out. Just started since end of May when I had it to the dealers to have a new sealed installed. Any idea what the slide is rubbing against to create this mark? It feels like raw wood.

I had something similar on the rear slide on our trailer.
This slide has the master bed in it. I found two screws on the floor inside. Two damaged areas on the slide bottom. One for each screw. I had to pull two drawers out, to see them. One of the screws had messed up the floor, also.
