Scwintek slideout dilemma
We have a 2013 Hyperlite XL Toyhauler with a Scwintek slideout dinette. Used it a few times and now the slide out is stuck in. I have talked to Lippert cust service and read all the instructions, viewed all the videos pertaining to this and was told I had to disconnect power to motors (to release the magnetic brakes) and push it out by hand far enough to get to the motor release screw which is on the outside of the trailer. Problem is, as hard as I push, I can't budge the thing. Lippert said to get some help but I'm concerned about putting that much pressure on it and the walls. Has anyone had this problem? It has the C2 control box, I have used manual override and all other suggestions from lippert except putting more pressure on the thing. I'm no slouch and I was flexing the opposite wall that I was pushing from with my feet. It will only move about a half inch when in override and pushing manually at the same time and then won't go further. No obstructions that I can find.
