Second slide motor replacement

I have a 2016 Sunseeker MBS 2400RSD with two slides, dinette and rear bed. One of the rear bed slide motors was replaced at 11k miles and now one of the dinette motors was replaced at 21k miles. This is very concerning since it could be a real problem on the road. Fortunately these break downs were in my driveway and the slides were in the closed position. Is this normal? Should I be doing something to maintain these motors better? The Lippert slide manual says that I shouldn't lubricate the slide rails, so what else is there?

Thanks for your thoughts

Just a thought, but have you taken an inventory by weight of the items stored in the slide? Often times slides have enormous places to store "stuff", but "stuff" adds up after a while. Could be taxing the motors???
