Slide adjustment for 2013 Wildcat

We have a 2013 Wildcat 312BHX. Does anyone know how to adjust the slide? We have 2 issues.
1) It seems the slide doesn't go all the way in (about a finger width between slide and main body).
2) The rollers are eating away at the black material under the slide. I would like to see if an adjustment can be made to take weight off.

THANKS!!

Looks like both your slide are Schwintek in wall drive systems. A finger width gap is normal...should be the same all around and be contacting the bulb seal. There's no adjustment on this to reduce the weight on the rollers other than what you load in the slide room. Here's a link to the Schwintek manual on the LCI site... http://lci1.com/assets/content/suppo...on-service.pdf
There's lots of info and videos under their customer support section if you need more.
