Slide Issues

I have a Surveyor SV264 and the rollers on the slide are wearing the bottom of the slide. On one side the black backing has been worn away and the roller system is now wearing the wood. Any suggestions?

Sounds to me like it is out of adjustment.
Do you have the slide manual?
The procedure is in the manufacturer's (of the slide - not the camper) manual.

Here is my NORCO slide's manual.

there are rollers on both ends of that support the slide as it moves. the track and motor are located in the middle of the slide. It appears that the rollers are tipped and the slide is moving on the support bracket instead of the roller itself. the support bracket looks like it is tearing away at the bottom of the slide. My thoughts are that the brackets are only attached to the thin alumium framework and are the screws are being pulled out. I have put stainless steel plates on the bottom of the slide and this helps.
