Slide Motor Torque

We have a 2010 Shamrock 23SS, bought it new. We got it out of storage this year, brought it home, starting sliding the slide out. The cabinetry under the sink started bowing out, I stopped to check it out. The middle roller support had totally come out of the floor and was laying there, which created the cabinetry bow. I reinstalled to the floor and adjusted the height on it because it seemed to have too much down pressure which was causing it to pull out of the floor. The slide would pull it to the outside when pushed out, and to the inside when pulled in. I also noticed a lot of other mounting bolts pulled loose which I tightened. Now to the main point in my question:

The slide motor is mounted to the wall and the shaft runs through it, when I push the slide out the motor runs parallel and puts pressure against the wall. When I pull the slide in the motor pitches down towards the floor and the torque is what seems to be pulling the mount bracket bolts out of the wall. Is there any resolution to this?

I thought the center support was actually the culprit which created a trickle down effect on all of the other mounting points, but now I am not so sure.

Any and all help will be appreciated.
