My slide has always worked fine but yesterday it would only weakly go 1/4 way out. I tried 3 times then used the hand crank. It would barely budge. I then had my wife at the switch while i pushed it by hand. We got it out then back in with me pushing on the outside. We are on full shore power with everything working fine. RV dealer said that the motors get "weak". Is this true?
Not that weak, find another Dealer! Check your Poly Lift Strips,either worn or missing? Is the Slide going in/out straight? Is it sealing straight? Youroo! !

I'm not sure what Poly Lift Strips are but I'll check again underneath. It does go in/out straight and seals good.

The Poly strips are located Inside on the Floor at each end of the slide! Lift up the Carpet flap when the slide is "OUT"!and you will see them,check for wear or dislodgement! You don't supply Year of Rv? Youroo! !
