well this sucks one week until we leave for the rally & just got back from a trip today went to bring the bedroom slide out and it just clicks should I try to get it fixed before we leave or take it the way it is and let forest river fix it? it's just over a yr old

.....Or try plugging the trailer into shower power or into the truck plug in.

That way you are using the invertors DC power for the slides.
Check the battery with a DC volt meter. A good fully charged battery should be at least 13 volts. And don't be plugged into shore power when checking.

Your seals are stuck to the walls. This happens when they are not lubricated with slide seal spray (basically dry silicone spray). It also happens in winter when rain freezes the seals to the walls.
Get a plastic cake spatula, spray it with slide seal or silicone, and pry it carefully around the seals. It should open or close easier after that.
Find the manual override for the slide, give it a few turns, just enough to move it, then try again. Sometimes the seals will stick, and the motor may not be strong enough, or the clutch is week, which I think is your clicking, not a relay.

found the over ride but it's a shaft with a pin going thru it and I can't find a tool here to fit it
Usually a 3/4 inch nut, so a 3/4 inch socket should fit. Same size as scissor jacks on corners. On some models, the same crank handle works both. Just have to find the access hole in the siding.
