Slide out awning

I have a 10 ft awning over my slide out. About 3 years old. Seems to dip a good bit in the middle...but doesn't lay on the slide. If there as been rain I use the jack to tip the trailer to get the pool of water out. Had twigs one time and removed before I retracted. Wondering if the material stretched or spooled to loosely? Don't see where it can be adjusted. Any opinions or experience with this condition.

What ever is on the topper should slide off when the slide is closed. Over time they do tend to sag a little and if the original installation didn't mount the rail high enough on the rig they can pool rain water (I have this problem) Some folks place a beach ball or pool noodle under the topper to keep the rain from pooling.
