Question Slide out frame bolt coming out

Hi there, I wonder if you have heard of this problem before with a slide out and what the fix might be.
We have a 2016 Berkshire 34QS. The kitchen slide frame has a bolt coming out of the frame. I am attaching pictures so you can see. The bolt had started coming out and the frame is coming loose from the body of the RV at that point. The bolt spins in place right now so it is not holding at all at that point.
Our repair place seems to be dragging their feet and said they have called Forest River a couple of times concerning how to fix and have not received an answer yet.
If you have any knowledge about this type of situation, I would appreciate your input.
Thanks for you help.

Looks to me like it pulled through the frame. If its a self tapping bolt you might be able to over size it and get it to grab if not you would have to be able to get to the back side to put a nut and large fender washer on it. I have not seen that before

Cables on the slide are adjusted wrong and are pulling the slide frame right out of the coach. I have seen this before at Goshen Frog. Stop using the slide until you get it fixed or you may cause more of a problem you will not like!!!!

9 days later

Thank you for your responses. It is 9 days later and I called the repair place and they have done nothing further on this. I was just wondering if it is worth calling directly to the Forest River warranty customer service line to get this repair authorized?

I would first start by calling and asking politely to every person that could be of help.
