Slide out fuse and relay location

Hello,
I've got a 2018 Prime Time Tracer 20RBS and when I went to try my slide, nothing. The battery is reading 12.8V and I'm hooked up to shore power.
Are the fuses in the main panel? All of them are labeled except two 40A fuses. I'm thinking these are the ones.
Does anyone know if the slides on these have a relay or a manual crank?
I don't see a location for a manual crank anywhere underneath.

You might have a Schwintek slideout system. It'll have an upper and lower track, on each side.
If so, go to YouTube for troubleshooting videos on the Schwintek or to Lippert's website.
No manual crank with that system.
