Slide out is crooked

I'm hoping I can get some help! I cant find any information about this on the forum or google search. I have a 2008 ROO 23 SS. The front of the slide (tongue side) is about 1-2" lower than the side (back side). Its low enough that its barely touching the rubber seal. I know the back side of the slide is about an inch lower as well. From these pictures does anyone know if this type of slide can adjust vertically? Thanks. I circled what I think might be what adjusts the slide vertically but I don't want to ruin it.

Hey that kinda looks like my slide out but different... can I see what it looks like under your slide when extended? Frustrated lol... read 50 different manuals looking for my slide mechanism and nothing... no actuator with a can... no access from below to adjust... no thru the frame manual crank... it was like they ran out of slide parts and made me a 1 of a kind

That's an above floor slideout, but I can't find that exact model. Are there any markings on the rails or motor/gearbox?

Here are the pictures of the bars on the outside. And the picture of the motor. On the motor it looks like its from "Thomson saginaw ball screw company"...maybe?

I think we have the same motor, but our slide configuration is different

Lippert Components Inc. They make a lot of different parts used in RV mfg.

Must be slide issue time. We have a2016 DX3, 37TS. Slide be behind driver, (couch and table) rear lower corner does not close as it should. The corner goes in to just short of touching the seal
