Slide out issue on 2011 Charleston

Hope someone can help as I can't get my coach out of the garage until I fix this problem.
The driver side front slide will not retract. I can get it out two ways. One way is to use the switch that operates it. The other is not so conventional. After I retract my jacks, the slide automatically goes out. After it goes out it will not retract. The pump is working fine. It tries to come in but it will not. The cables also seem to be out of adjustment. The bottom front and the top rear of the slide does not close as tight as the other two corners.
Any help would greatly appreciated.
Of course my warranty expired April 30, 2013.

Don't think the slide should ever go out by themself. Questions, brand of slides and are they electric? On our berkshire the back two slides are electric the front 2 are hydrolic. would also call the dealer, FR has been heplful to us even after the warrenty has expired.
