Slide Out Leak

I had a leak in my slide out on our last trip. It caused the ceiling right near the sunroof to bubble. I called the dealer and have scheduled a time to take it in. What should I expect as far as what will be covered with the waranty? Is there anything I need to make sure to do? I am also going to post a picture of what happened this weekend. It's not the end of the world, we are very happy with the camper, just want it fixed and find out why it happened.

You better be sure there is no debris on the slide are any thing you could have done to help this along.

Good Luck.

Thanks for the suggestion, I checked it out last night, and there was no debris anywhere on it. I am glad I looked though.

That looks like a MAJOR leak, and should definitely be covered by warranty. Unfortunately, the whole ceiling will likely have to be replaced, and may require a trip back to the factory.
Once again, a huge demonstration of why we put the awnings on our slides. I simply didn't trust FR to make the slides leak-proof.
Sorry for your problem. I know how disheartening it must be.

My money would be on the sky light leaking, very common problem.

It was the skylight, it did not seal properly. They resealed it, and replaced the ceiling panel. I got it back this evening. We are all set to hit the road again. Now we just have to get a free weekend to go.
