Slide Out No Go.

Attempted to extend slide when battery polarity was reversed.
Pressed switch, heard motor noise for maybe one second. No movement.
Odor of hot wiring insulation.(Maybe fuses)
Found both 40 amp converter fuses blown. Reverse polarity protection. Replaced both.
Battery connections corrected.
Tested switch, OK.
Still no action.
Is there an inline fuse? Where?
Motor may be burned. Where is it? Location and access.
Manual extend/retract work fine, no binding. Batteries at 13.2V. S.G. 1.265

Rockwood Ultra Lite 2304S 5/5/2011
VIN: 4X4TRLY27CD115230

Thanks in advance.

On our Mini-Lite, there's an inline fuse under the front of the trailer, a foot or two behind the hitch. We carry spares :-).

Slide Out

I will check around in that area.
Thanks ekrus.

Further note: all other elect. components work fine. Lights, awning, stabilizing jacks.

Problem solved.
Located 30 amp fuse for Slide Out motor.
Found in separate fuse holder, front left side of trailer frame near junction box for battery cable.
Thanks again, Ekrus.
