SLide out Noise

We have had our trailer since May. It is a 25' Cruise Lite.

The last two times I have brought the slide out in, when it gets right to the point of stopping, on one side it sounds like the gears are "skipping" for lack of a better term.
It ONLY happens when it is within an inch of being where it stops anyway and only on the way in.
Probably be having the dealer look at it, but they are over an hours drive away and was wondering if anyone knew what this might be that I could fix myself.

Thanks

Have you lubed the sprocket bar with a dry lube? Had the same problem and then lubed the rail and sprocket with a dry lube or graphite. The problem went away and it's been 2 years. Metal to metal is not good you need a lube, but has to be a spray dry lube.

Going to lube it up today and see if that gets rid of it.

Well, I bought the "slide out lube". Looks more like just a can of silicone when I sprayed it on, but it did work. No more noise.
My next question is, how the hec do you "lube" the gears on the motor.
It LOOKS LIKE the motor is actually inside the wall on my Cruise Lite.
Anyone else that can't find the actual motor?
