We have a 2005 Rockwood and when we try to close it the mechanism just ratchets until I either push it or hand crank it. Once it has been helped along for about 1 to 2 inches it retracts by itself. The motor is a Thompson Saginaw, which I have read are under powered. Is the fix installing a new motor, at $200 or more or could it be something else?
