Slide out on 2501ss

Hi everyone,

I just picked up a new 2501ss... and I had a question about the tipout. Once it gets close to being out all the way it pushes the wall out a little bit before it stops... Is this normal for it to make a proper seal?

Hmmm, doesn't sound right at all that the walls should be moving, I would have a shop check that...

I agree with NWJ wall should not be flexing thats only gonna cause bigger problem later

Yeah...I have a new 2501ss and went it goes out, the bottom of the slide continues for just a bit after the top seats, but that happened with my Roo 23ss as well. However, the wall that it is seating against at the edges does not move.

We also have a 2009 2501SS. When our slide goes out it seems the top seals first and then half a second later the bottom seals. As for pushing the walls, I haven't noticed this. When I am watching the slide going out from outside, it almost looks like it is going out at a tiny bit of an angle and then once the bottom seals, it evens out. We have had no pressure or leaking issues at all.

The slide on our SV 263 did the same thing until I took it to the dealer and they adjusted the stops.....works much better now. Ours was bowing both the side of the trailer and the bottom of our slide.....that just couldn't be good for things.
