Cool Slide out problem

We noticed our slide making a rubbing noise when we travel after having this for over a year. When I toggle the slide switch to close it comes in about 1/2 inch.
This just started happening around Labor Day. We tried to contact forest river but no response. Does anyone know if we can adjust ourselves? Or is this a common problem and nor to worry?

to the Forum from Alaska!

The forum is the place to get answers but you need to help us by giving us more information about your RV. IE: Brand, Model, year, etc.

Please click on the "User CP" above & "Edit Signature" left on the next page. This is where you can add text to every post to describe your RV. See mine below.
