Slide Out Question

I have a 2018 Surveyor 247BHDS and the sofa slide can only be moved via manual operation. Is there a fuse related to this? Batteries are fully charged. One slide works perfect. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you tried unplugging and swapping the switches?

I have a rock wood with two slides and just this past weekend I pulled the slide in at home and went to the mountains. When I got there I had the same issue, the small slide worked fine but the big one was dead. I cranked it out and started looking for the problem. Turns out a buddy had the same problem a few years ago and there are two inline fuses for the slides. Mine are located near the front on the drivers side. Under the trailer wall attached to the frame. A 35 amp dude and I was back in business. Hope yours is as simple as mine was.

I have not tried that but when I took the cover off of the control panel, it looks like two different switches. I will investigate further. I just had the yearly inspection and maintenance and brought it home and found this issue. Thank You for the quick response and ideas.

Hello Hoyt, I tried about everything I could. I started to remove the screws that attach the mat to the underbelly. After removing six screws and not finding anything. I gave up put it back together and dropped it off where I bought it. For some reason the slide also came unadjusted so the top of the slide would seat and the bottom was still 2 inches out. If I cranked it all the way in, it was hitting the center island and compressing some of the wood on the island. I’m still trying to find a wiring diagram that shows where the fuses might be.
