Slide out relay
Just wondering if anyone has had a problem with their slide out switch?
I have a 2012 lacrosse 308res. The dining room slide out rocker switch was acting up and not always making proper contact. It finally crapped out, so I removed the switch from the closet panel. Behind it was a small black relay with five female sockets the switch goes into. That went bad... Have the proper 12 volts going to the twisted pair relay (measured it from sister switch next to it). Prime time gave me a part number and I was forced to order it from the dealer ($27.00)
I should have just ordered one from Amazon, it's only $9.00 but couldn't get it in white.
Realizing this it still would have been cheaper to get it and just use the relay... (I know, dumb me, thought about it after the fact).
Just wanted to put this out here to see if anyone else had this problem.
