Slide out roller topper

I have a 2014 Sun Seeker 3050. I believe I'm having a problem with the roller shade/topper over the outside of my full side slideout. I'm camping along the waters of Puget Sound near Port Hadlock WA. The wind is up a bit maybe to 20 mph gusts and it pulls the roller out of it's case. I'm not sure why there is so much extra material once the slide is out but there is... Anyway the wind pulls out the extra material and then the roller mechanism yanks it back into place! Lots of banging during the gusts! I'm a bit concerned it may pull all the way out or rip the material. I guess I could pull the slideout in " a bit too cramped while camping" or move to a hopefully more protected spot. Two good choices but you'd think the manufacturer has some type of fix or maybe one of you other experienced motor-homers has stumbled across something that would help me now.
Happy Camping

Doubt you can do anything right now, but you can tighten the torsion springs on both ends 4 or 5 turns and help the problem.

Thanks Coot. I'll look into it when I get home since I better be in my driveway when I learn how to adjust the rings.
As for today, it looks like I may be able to tie down the the ends with the perpendicular end pieces that are attached to the center of the roller topper. Now I see why all the other rv'ers have 8 ft step ladders tied to their roof ladders. Got'a love the camping projects!

Try 3 turns on each end first and if that's not enough, take a couple more.
