Slide out wobbles

The bedroom slide out on our 2005 Cardinal seems to be loose as it goes out. The hydraulics work fine, but on the way out, the top edge leans in at an angle. I lifted the mattress and the storage floor, and it shows a strong steel mechanism which pushes the bottom section of the slide out. I don't know how it is connected to the upper part. How can I access the framework of the slide to reinforce, replace or tighten up this slide. It looks like the critical structural parts are hidden in the wall, or under the floor of the slide out. Or maybe it is not serious?
