The slide topper had been pulled out to mostly cover the open slide area. We love the floor plan and all. Really worried about buying this unit even though we were assured it would be fixed. Our current Rv has motor and rails under the slide in and we've only had to make minor adjustments in 9 years and no leaks. Thoughts on buying this particular new unit?

Call dealer and demand you speak with the service guy fixing this. Ask what the problem was/is and how they plan to fix. Demand they document this in detail. If this is done satisfactory just buy it and be happy that there is one item less to worry abt
