Do I need to support my slide-outs if left open for extended periods of time? 2012 Villa Classic REDS37

No they are made to work without support

No. The trailer may settle a bit which would push the slide-out's upward. This is not good.

I just read your remarks about the slideouts, thanks for the info, my new TT has a slide and I was wondering if it needed to be supported, now I know thanks.

I have the 392flfb. i made blocks and put under the frame but the slides are self supporting. they go all the way over to the second frame beam.



hard to tell but just 8 sets of blocks and she is stable as can be.
