Slide outs Not operating with the remote

My slide outs on my 2017 337BAR do not work with the remote control. I can hear the control box for the remote system click every time I hit a button but no operation of the slides. It will however control the exterior light and awning.

Any ideas?

It's most likely a blown fuse on the receiver board.
There are fuses on the receiver for each device it operates.

Since you hear the relays click, hopefully you know where it is.

change the battery in the remote. mine does that every time the battery gets low. mine did it the day i took delivery (new unit) the remote will still lite up but won't work some of the operations. it is a 12 volt camera battery you can get at walgreens,cvs, and other places. i keep spares, they don't last long. this is for a 2017 cedar creek. i don't know if we have the same remote but it's worth a try changing the battery. when my battery on the remote gets low, it will work everything but the slides

There is a separate fuse box for the remotes. Pictures in other questions on the same issue.
