Slide Problems on Palomino Puma

Either this is all in my head or we are truly having problems with our slide.

We own a Forest River Palomino Puma 30DBSS. For some reason the interior right side of the slide is not sealing all the way up to the wall. It seems like it is a half inch to an inch from sealing all the way up (when letting the slide out). The interior left side seals all the way up at the top but is not as close on the bottom. Also the bottom "lip" of the slide" on the floor seems to be sticking up farther than I think it should. I have included a few pictures to give some illustration as to what I'm talking about.
Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. My husband has tried to make adjustments on the slide and it has not helped at all.

How old is the unit?
How long have you owned it?

Is this something that's just happened, or is it a new unit and has always been like this?

When you DH made the adjustments, did he follow the directions exactly?
