Slide scraping floor.. tech says no way to adjust

So our slide is scraping the floor and fraserway RV in Edmonton Alberta Canada says there is no way to adjust it? They recommended putting slide tracks on either side of the slide.is that right . ? Really doesn't make sense

Metal roller plates under the slide may help.

A very inexpensive part to use is call "Slide Out Slickers" They are a plastic strip that comes in parts of two. You place them on the floor and the slide glides across them, instead of tearing up carpet or linoleum. Part cost is less than $50.00.

That is what we had to do also, it had actually scraped the tile and we had to replace so the plastic works good.

We bought them in the store where we purchased our RV, the dealer suggested and ordered as they didn't want to replace the tile again. Here is a website that sells them https://www.rvupgradestore.com/Slide...-p/14-8151.htm. I have never ordered from them but at least you can see what they look like.
