Slide seals and maintenance

With winter hopefully leaving soon, my thoughts are starting to wander to camping season.. What is a decent product to use on the slide seals to keep them soft and pliable? Is there anything on the gear drive that one needs to do? I picked up a spray last summer from a trailer shop that they recommended for the slide gears and trailer ball..

We use 303 aerospace

+1 for 303 Aerospace Protectant

Stay away from anything petroleum or silicone-based on the seals as it'll speed degradation.

After the 303 drys, I also put on a light coating of talc (baby powder) to both the outside and inside seals (with an old sock) to prevent sticking to abutting structures.
