slide stops on retract only

I have 2012 QBBS and every time I slide in the compartments they stop and I have to wait a few seconds until I hear the motor click then it will slide another foot or so then stop again. Has anyone else had this issues? I tried sliding the compartments in with the bottom directly on the motor in front compartment but same issues. No issues when sliding out. Also the QBBS only has one bottom that operates both compartments. Normally the back compartment moves first then the large slide. Help me if you can. I only have a couple of weeks left on factory warrenty.

I use wd40 silicone spray.
Anything with silicone should work fine.
