Came to my house to fix floor costing $500 out of my pocket. Luckily FR reimburse me under warranty. Noticed that sofa is sinking again. will have to shim it even higher.

I had a 2019 Forest River 254RLXL. The slide started dragging almost immediately. I took it back to the dealer the first time and the said there was no problem. The second time I was told, maybe I put to much weight in the storage areas of the slide. The fourth time, I told them I did not want it back and I was looking into the lemon law. They finally admitted there was a problem. The final solution was to give me a new 2020 replacement. The first trip out with the new trailer, the slide was dragging on the floor. Got home and put the slide out to clean, unload etc. when we brought the slide back in it tore a huge piece of flooring up. After reading this forum, No rocks no sand no screws no nails. I am working with the manufacturers rep again. I will post results.
