Slide won’t come in one side

We’re on a maiden voyage with my new to me Dynamax Isata 3 24FW. The back part of slide won’t go out all the way and the front won’t come in all the way. The back motor stops and starts as it’s going out. Help. Also can we drive it to dealer with four inches out on front
